Philly Beef Burger with Avocado - Innit

  • Beef Mince 450 g

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Pepperoncini 2 Tbsp

Baking Products

  • Burger Bun 4

  • Hass Avocado 1

  • Fresh Chives 2 Tbsp

  • Lemon 1

Spices

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

Dairy & Eggs

  • Cream Cheese 4 Tbsp

  • Cheddar Cheese 4 Tbsp

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Yellow Mustard 1 Tbsp

Preparation

  1. Form Burgers

    Slice the chives and mix with all of the other ingredients together. Mix into burger mix and portion into 4 equal sized burgers.

    • 2 Tbsp, sliced Pepperoncini
    • 4 Tbsp Cream Cheese
    • 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
    • 4 Tbsp, grated Cheddar Cheese
    • 2 Tbsp, sliced Fresh Chives
    • 450 g, 80/20 blend Beef Mince
  2. Prep Topping

    Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Remove the flesh from the skin and place into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil and mash the avocado up well. Place desired amount on top of burger.

    • 1 Hass Avocado
    • 1, juiced, zested Lemon
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  3. Cook Burgers

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your burgers for 5 minutes on each side for medium.

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 4, toasted Burger Bun
  4. Serve and Enjoy!

    Pair with your favorite side.
