Classic Beef Burger with Coleslaw - Innit

Ingredients

  • Beef Mince 450 g

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Mayonnaise 60 ml

Baking Products

  • Burger Bun 4

Produce

  • Italian Parsley 15 g

  • Cabbage 1/2

  • Carrots 1

  • Red Onion 40 g

Spices

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Red Wine Vinegar 2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

Dairy & Eggs

  • Sour Cream 60 ml

Pantry

  • Olive Oil 3 Tbsp

  • Granulated Sugar 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Form Burgers

    Portion the meat into 4 equal burgers.

    • 450 g, 80/20 blend Beef Mince
  2. Cook Burgers

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your burgers for 5 minutes on each side for medium.

    • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 4 Burger Bun
  3. Prep Topping

    In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, sugar & oil together. Prepare vegetables. Combine cabbage mixture with mayo mixture. Mix well.

    • 140 g, sliced Cabbage
    • 40 g, julienne Red Onion
    • 1, grated Carrots
    • 15 g, chopped Italian Parsley
    • 60 ml Sour Cream
    • 60 ml Mayonnaise
    • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
