  1. Chop Almonds.

    Place the almonds in a small pile on the cutting board. Grasp the handle of the knife and place your other hand over the top.

    Carefully, rock the blade up and down repeatedly across the almonds without lifting or removing the tip, guiding the knife with your other hand. Continue chopping almonds until desired size.
