Preparation

  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 375F.

  2. Prepare Dough

    Combine flour, baking soda, turmeric, and salt in a medium to large mixing bowl. Set aside. Add butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar to a stand or electric mixer with a paddle attachment. Blend on medium low, then add vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, until fully incorporated. Add flour mixture slowly and continue to blend.

    • 2 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
    • 1 tsp Baking Soda
    • 2 tsp Ground Turmeric
    • 1 Tbsp Iodized Salt
    • 1 cup, (2 sticks) softened Unsalted Butter
    • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    • 3/4 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 2, large Eggs
  3. Prepare Dough (Continued) & Bake

    Add peanut butter, banana chips and peanuts. Mix well. Spoon out dough onto an ungreased baking tray. Each cookie is 1 heaping tablespoon of dough. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges look golden.

    • 1/2 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
    • 1 cup, roughly chopped Banana Chip
    • 1 cup, unsalted Roasted Peanuts
  4. Decorate & Enjoy

    While cookies are hot, use morsels to create the iconic zig zag of Charlie Brown's t-shirt. Let cookies cool before enjoying.
