Blue Mussel 2 lb
Granulated Sugar 2 tsp
Scallions 2 Tbsp
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce 2 Tbsp
Full Fat Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Run mussels under cold water. Use a clean scrubbing brush to rub off any debris & remove "hairy" beards. Lightly tap any mussels with open shells. Discard any that don't close.
- 2 lb Blue Mussel
Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Then toss mussels with half the sauce.
- 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Full Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp , chopped Scallions
- 1 , juiced Lime
- 2 Tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
Place the mussels in the Philips Airfryer basket. Cook at 390 F for 5 - 7 minutes, tossing halfway through, until mussels are opened. Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The 2nd batch may cook quicker than the 1st since the Philips Airfryer is preheated!
Remove mussels and toss in reserved sauce. Serve and enjoy!
