Roasted Cauliflower Steaks - Innit

Preparation

  1. Preheat

    Preheat the oven. Line sheet pan with foil.

  2. Cut Cauliflower Steaks

    Cut out 4 center steaks, 1 inch thick. Remove excess and set aside. Season.

    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 pinch Black Pepper
    • 2 heads, medium size Cauliflower
  3. Bake Cauliflower Steaks

    Place sheet pan with cauliflower steaks in oven, on the top rack. Start cooking Cauliflower Steaks.

  4. Serve & Enjoy!
