Red Beet 1/4
Ginger 1/2 inch
Raspberry 1 cup
Unsweetened Dairy Free Milk 1 cup
Unsweetened Almond Butter 1 Tbsp
Hulled Hemp Seeds 1 Tbsp
Fine Grain Salt 1 pinch
Frozen Bananas 1/3 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsp
Pour milk of choice into blender.
- 1 cup Unsweetened Dairy Free Milk
Add Hemp Seeds
Add hemp seeds to blender.
- 1 Tbsp Hulled Hemp Seeds
Prepare ingredients. Tip! To avoid beet stains, cover your cutting board with parchment paper before cutting.
- 1/4 , peeled, chopped Red Beet
- 1/2 inch , peeled, chopped Ginger
Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!
- 1 cup Raspberry
- 1/3 cup , sliced Frozen Bananas
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Butter
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 pinch Fine Grain Salt
Mix It Up
Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.
Sip Sip, Hooray!
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
