  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp

  • Liquid Stevia 3 drops

  • Unsweetened Smooth Peanut Butter 1 Tbsp

Pantry

  • Fine Grain Sea Salt 1 pinch

Frozen Products

  • Frozen Cauliflower 1/2 cup

Beverage

  • Unsweetened Cold Brew Coffee 1/2 cup

Preparation

  1. Add Liquid

    Pour liquids into blender.

    • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cold Brew Coffee
    • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Dairy Free Milk
  2. Add Protein Powder

    Add protein powder to blender.

    • 1 Tbsp, of choice Unsweetened Protein Powder
  3. Prepare Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients.

    • 1/4, pitted, quartered Avocado
  4. Assemble Smoothie

    Add all ingredients to blender. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower
    • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    • 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Smooth Peanut Butter
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Sea Salt
    • 3 drops, optional or to taste Liquid Stevia
  5. Mix It Up

    Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick.

  6. Sip Sip, Hooray!

    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
