Classic Turkey Burger with Secret Sauce (Keto Friendly) - Innit

  • Ground Turkey 1 lb

  • A1 Steak Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • French Fried Onions 2 Tbsp

  • Olive Oil 3/8 cup

Produce

  • Butterhead Lettuce 1 head

  • Fresh Chives 2 Tbsp

Canned/Bottled Goods

  • Mayonnaise 1/4 cup

Dairy & Eggs

  • Blue Cheese 1 cup

  • Sour Cream 1/4 cup

  • Egg 1

Spices

  • Red Wine Vinegar 1 tsp

  • Kosher Salt 2 tsp

  • Black Pepper 1 tsp

Preparation

  1. Form Patties

    Separate egg white and pour it into the ground turkey. Mix well. Portion the meat into 4 equal patties.

    • 1 lb Ground Turkey
    • 1, white only Egg
  2. Prep Topping

    Prepare ingredients. Set aside crispy onions & combine all other ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.

    • 1 cup, crumbled Blue Cheese
    • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Kosher Salt
    • 1 tsp Black Pepper
    • 2 Tbsp, sliced Fresh Chives
    • 1 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
    • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 2 Tbsp French Fried Onions
  3. Cook Patties

    Preheat pan to medium heat. Add oil and cook your patties for 6 minutes on each side.

    • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  4. Pull Apart Lettuce Cups

    Wash & dry lettuce. Separate leaves.

    • 1 head Butterhead Lettuce
  5. Assemble Burger

    Dollop top of burger patty with sauce & then top with crispy onions. Enjoy!
