Preparation

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    Prepare ingredients. Note: Use only zest and juice of lime, if you prefer a smoothie without a bitter note.

    • 2 , ripe, peeled Fresh Green Kiwifruit
    • 1/2 , pitted, scooped Avocado
    • 1/4 , ends trimmed, quartered Lime
    • 4 sprigs , leaves picked Mint
  2. Mix It Up

    Starting with the liquid, add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth adding more liquid if smoothie feels too thick. (Add ice if desired. Use sparingly to avoid diluting smoothie.) Note: We add salt to make the taste more complex!

    • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
    • 1 cup Baby Spinach
    • 1 pinch Fine Grain Salt
